The seller and these terms

domicilestore.com ("Dstore") is run by DIENNE S.R.L., Via Antonio Gramsci, 7 – 67051 Avezzano (AQ), Italia, PARTITA IVA IT01755060660, email info@domicilestore.com. Below, "we" refers to DIENNE S.R.L. and "you" to the customer.

These terms govern the sale of the compact cordless blower and vacuum to consumers in Germany, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Latvia through the product pages of domicilestore.com. A consumer is a person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

The terms in force on the day you send the order apply to it. You can save or print this page at any time.

The product

We sell one product, the compact cordless blower and vacuum. As described on its product pages, it blows from the front and vacuums from the rear side, collecting dirt in a built-in container with a filter. Its main data:

• 400W pure copper motor, up to 32,000 rpm, air jet up to 150 km/h, 4 speeds;
• 21V 4000 mAh rechargeable battery, up to 2 hours of use, recharged in 15 minutes with the charger supplied;
• weight 350 g, cordless, used with one hand.

What the parcel contains: the blower and vacuum, 1 battery, 1 charger, 1 conical tube and 3 nozzles (pointed, flat and stepped).

Prices per country

Each product page shows the price in the currency of its country, next to a crossed-out price and the discount:

The crossed-out price is, as stated under each order form, the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction; the discount of 50% is calculated on it. The price you pay is the amount due to the courier on delivery: shipping is free in all six countries and no payment is taken online. If a price on a product page is ever different from the table, the price on the product page on the day of your order applies, and our consultant repeats it to you during the confirmation call.

How an order is placed and confirmed

• On the product page of your country you enter your first and last name, phone number and delivery address and press the order button. Nothing is charged and no card is required.
• Sending the form is a request to buy. Within 24 hours one of our consultants calls you; the call takes about two minutes.
• On the phone the consultant goes through every condition of your order with you, from product and price to delivery and payment, and checks the address.
• You decide during the call: if you confirm, the contract is concluded and we prepare the shipment; if you decline, the request ends there, at no cost and with no obligation.

Payment

You pay only on delivery, directly to the courier, in cash or by card. There is no advance payment and you never enter card details on the website. The amount is the price of your country shown in section 3.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Germany, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Latvia. Shipping is free in all six countries. The parcel travels by courier and usually arrives within 1-2 working days of the confirmation call.

If we have not delivered within 30 days of the confirmation, you can ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period and, if we still do not deliver, end the contract; as payment is only due on delivery, you owe nothing. The details for each country are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns: 30 days satisfied or refunded, and your right of withdrawal

The law gives consumers in the European Union 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. We go beyond that minimum: as our product pages state, you have 30 days from delivery, satisfied or refunded. The legal right of withdrawal applies within those 30 days, and we handle the extra days exactly like the legal ones.

To return the product, tell us within 30 days of delivery, by an email to refund@domicilestore.com or with the model form below. Then send the product back within 14 days of your message, complete with what was in the parcel. We refund the full price you paid; as shipping was free, there is no delivery cost to refund.

Return postage is at your expense, except when the product is defective or differs from what you ordered. You are responsible only for a loss in value caused by handling the product more than needed to check what it is, how it works and its features.

We refund you by bank transfer without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your return request. We may wait to send the refund until we have received the product back or you have sent us proof that you have shipped it, whichever happens first.

Products bought at a discount can be returned on the same conditions. The full procedure is in our Refund Policy.

Legal guarantee and 4-year warranty

As the seller we answer to you for any defect in conformity present when the product was delivered and becomes apparent within two years of it, or within a longer period where the law of your country provides one (legal guarantee of conformity, Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the national laws implementing it). This entitles you to a free repair or a free replacement and, if neither is possible or properly carried out, to a lower price or to ending the contract.

On top of that, as the product pages say, we give a 4-year warranty running from delivery. If the product does not work properly, write to refund@domicilestore.com with a short description and, if you can, a photo; we repair or replace it, or refund it if neither is possible, and we pay the shipping costs. This warranty is an extra commitment: it does not limit or replace your rights under the legal guarantee, which are free of charge and remain in full.

Which law applies and where disputes go

Italian law applies to these terms. A customer resident in another EU country still benefits from the consumer rules of that country that cannot be set aside by contract.

If a dispute arises, you can bring proceedings before the courts of the place where you live; we can bring proceedings against you only before those courts. For help with a cross-border purchase you can also contact the European Consumer Centre of your country.
