  1. Who is responsible for your data

    The controller of the personal data processed through domicilestore.com is DIENNE S.R.L., Via Antonio Gramsci, 7 – 67051 Avezzano (AQ), Italia, PARTITA IVA IT01755060660. Dstore is the name under which we run this website.

    For anything concerning your personal data, write to contacts@domicilestore.com.

    This notice is our information under Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). It applies to people who visit domicilestore.com, to people who order the compact cordless blower and vacuum through one of our product pages for Germany, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Latvia, and to people who send us an email.

  2. The data we handle

    When you order

    The order form on each product page has three fields: first and last name, phone number and delivery address. It asks for no payment details, because you pay the courier on delivery.

    Along with what you type, our systems record which product and which country page the order came from, the date and time it was sent, and a technical code describing your browser and device, generated by the order-form script described in section 5.

    During the confirmation call

    After you send the form, one of our consultants phones you to confirm the order and the delivery address. Whether you confirm, change or decline the order becomes part of the order record.

    When you send us an email

    Your email address reaches us together with the content of your message and any attachment.

    When you browse the site

    The server of our hosting provider notes, for every page requested, the IP address it was requested from, the moment of the request, the page address and the user agent of your browser (server logs). Some pages also load services of other companies, which receive your IP address and browser data in the process; they are named in sections 4 to 6 and in our Cookie Policy.

    All fonts are delivered by our server: showing the text of the site sends no request to Google Fonts.

    We do not ask for sensitive data such as health information.

  3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

    PurposeDataLegal basis
    Processing your order: the confirmation call, the shipment and the payment collected on deliveryOrder form, technical identifier, outcome of the callArt. 6(1)(b) GDPR: the contract you ask to conclude with us

    Spotting fake or duplicate orders before a parcel is sentTechnical identifier, order dataArt. 6(1)(f) GDPR, weighing of interests: avoiding deliveries nobody asked for
    Running the website and protecting it from misuseServer logsArt. 6(1)(f) GDPR, weighing of interests: a working and secure website
    Answering your emailsEmail address, messageArt. 6(1)(b) GDPR when it concerns an order; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, weighing of interests: replying to you

    You may object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (section 9).

    An order cannot be processed without name, phone number and delivery address, since we would have no way to phone you or to deliver. Visiting the site requires no data from you beyond what your browser sends automatically.

    Google Ads measurement on the product and confirmation pages is described separately in section 6.

  4. Who receives the data

    We pass data only to those who need it for the purposes above:

    • Hostinger International Ltd., our hosting provider: it runs the server and the database where each order form is stored, the content delivery network and the server logs.
    • Hostinger Reach: our hosting provider adds this script to every page. Cloudflare, Inc. delivers it over its network; in doing so Cloudflare learns your IP address and browser data and places a short-lived cookie used against bots. No newsletter subscription is offered on the site.
    • Make.com: an automation service. Each order form is passed to it through a webhook hosted in Make.com's EU2 data region, inside the European Union, and Make.com relays it to our order-processing partner.
    • Our order-processing partner and its call centre: the order lands with them; their consultants phone you for confirmation, then they prepare the parcel and pass it to the courier. The same partner supplies the script used by the order form on the product pages (section 5).
    • Courier companies: they receive what is needed to deliver the parcel and collect the payment: your name, the delivery address, the amount due and, where the courier needs it to arrange the delivery, your phone number.
    • Google: on the product and confirmation pages only, as explained in section 6.
    • WordPress.org: when a page contains an emoji your browser cannot draw (on this site, the country flags on the home page), the image is downloaded from its server s.w.org, which receives your IP address.
    • Public authorities, only where a law obliges us to disclose data.

    No decision about you is taken by automated means alone: a consultant speaks with you before any order goes ahead.

  5. The order-form script on the product pages

    The six product pages of the compact cordless blower and vacuum load a script supplied by our order-processing partner. It runs from the moment the page opens, whether or not you type anything or press the order button. Through it, a server of the partner receives your IP address, the address of the page and of the page you came from, and details of your browser and device such as the browser type, language, screen size and time zone.

    From these details the script produces a technical identifier that is sent together with the order form, so that duplicate or fake orders can be recognised.

    About five seconds after the page opens, the script also sends the partner an image of the page as your browser displays it, together with the page address; if that sending fails, it tries again about once a minute while the page stays open. If you have already started typing in the order form by then, the image can show what you typed.

    The script sets no cookies. The home page, the policy pages and the order confirmation pages do not load it.

  6. Google Ads on the product and confirmation pages

    We advertise the product with Google Ads. The Google tag is loaded from www.googletagmanager.com on the six product pages of the compact cordless blower and vacuum (Germany, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia) and their order confirmation pages, and on no other page of the site.

    When a product page opens, the tag informs Google of the visit. When an order confirmation page opens, it additionally counts the order as a conversion, which shows us which of our ads bring orders. To do this it stores the cookie _gcl_au (90 days) and the local-storage entry _gcl_ls in your browser; if you arrived by clicking one of our advertisements, it also stores the click identifier in the cookie _gcl_aw (90 days). The tag sends requests to Google servers (for example www.google.com and ad.doubleclick.net), which receive your IP address and browser data.

    The site shows no cookie banner: these cookies are set when one of these pages opens, without your consent being asked. Blocking or deleting them in your browser changes nothing in how your order is processed. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

    Google uses the data it receives under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

  7. Data outside the European Economic Area

    Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are based in the United States and may process there the data they receive through the site. Both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; on 10 July 2023 the European Commission found that framework adequate, and that adequacy decision is the basis for transfers to them.

    Our hosting provider and the Make.com region we use are in the European Union. If you would like to know more about where a recipient processes your data, write to contacts@domicilestore.com.

  8. How long we keep the data

    DataHow long
    Server logs30 days, then deleted

  9. Your rights

    Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you can ask us at any time to:

    • tell you whether we process your data and give you a copy of it;
    • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
    • delete your data, unless we must keep it, for example for accounting;
    • restrict the processing while a request of yours is being checked;
    • hand over the data you gave us in a common electronic format, or pass it directly to another controller (portability);
    • stop using data processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR once you object.

    Send your request to contacts@domicilestore.com. To make sure the request is yours, we may ask you to confirm the phone number of the order. Our reply comes within one month; where Article 12 GDPR lets us extend that period, we say so within the first month and give the reason.

    If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it); you may equally choose the authority of your country of residence, of your workplace or of the place of the alleged infringement.

  10. Changes to this notice

    When we add a product, a country or a service that changes what is written here, we update this page and the date at the top. The version published on this page is the one that applies.

A question about your data?

Write to us: a person handles every request.
